16 October 2026. Noa on Friday tables.

Writing a Friday desk note

Saturday is closed, so Friday owns the tables

People still write to the desk asking for a Saturday SQL hour. The answer is the same in October 2026 as it was when we rented the floor: the lock turns on Friday at 13:00. I keep Shabbat. Lior keeps the keys. The building guard does not come up on Saturday.

That is why the data track is a Friday morning studio and not a weekend bootcamp. You get six Fridays, a printed sheet, and a query that has to match the paper. You do not get a Zoom from my kitchen.

If Friday morning is when you work a market stall or a kitchen, this track is the wrong shape. Evening web or the weekday Python desk may fit. If Friday is the only quiet morning you have, write the desk and we will see if a chair is free on 23 October.

I still print the tables. Screens lie about column width. Paper does not. Bring a pen.
